Volaris Group Expands in Brazil with Acquisition of Useall

Brazil’s enterprise software market gains global spotlight as Volaris acquires Useall
Volaris Useall acquisition marks another significant step in Volaris Group’s expansion strategy in Latin America. Announced on August 7, 2025, the deal brings Brazilian enterprise software provider Useall — a company with more than 25 years serving industries such as utilities, manufacturing, and specialized distribution — into the portfolio of Volaris, part of Constellation Software.
Founded in Joinville, Useall has built its reputation in sectors where precision, compliance, and operational reliability are non-negotiable. Today, more than 1,000 companies and 50,000 active users rely on its tools, which range from technical systems for the energy sector to integrated finance, sales, and production control modules.
For Hudson Uggioni, one of Useall’s former partners, the Volaris Useall acquisition represents more than a change in ownership:
“We believe this new chapter is a great opportunity to strengthen Useall. It marks the beginning of a cycle of sustainable and continuous growth, while preserving the values that have guided us since the beginning.”
Volaris has been actively targeting niche technology providers worldwide. Its approach is distinct: rather than folding companies into a centralized structure, it keeps them running as independent business units, providing strategic support and long-term capital.
Henrique Barreto, who leads Volaris’ LATAM & Iberia portfolio, sees the addition of Useall as a natural fit:
“The acquisition of Useall reinforces our commitment to serving highly specialized market niches with excellence. It accelerates our vision for sustainable growth in Brazil.”
The Volaris Useall acquisition comes on the heels of Volaris’ recent purchases of 4Site, an enterprise asset management platform for mining and energy industries, and Britehouse Automotive, expanding its automotive software footprint. Together, these moves point to a clear strategy: building a diversified portfolio of mission-critical software businesses with strong local market positions.
For Useall, integration into Volaris opens the door to global best practices and cross-portfolio collaboration while maintaining the brand, culture, and client relationships that have fueled its growth for more than two decades. For Volaris, it’s another building block in a broader vision to deepen its presence in Brazil — a market where demand for specialized enterprise technology continues to grow amid digital transformation pressures.
