Latinvex Recognizes Andre Thiollier as Top 100 Latin American Lawyer
The 12th Annual Latinvex Top 100 Latin American Lawyers
Foley & Lardner LLP Silicon Valley partner André Thiollier has been recognized by Latinvex as among Latin America’s Top 100 Lawyers. Andre Thiollier’s recognition by Latinvex was published in the 2024 March ranking of the publication.
The list identifies the leading attorneys from international law firms doing business in Latin America. Attorneys were selected for their recent track record on major deals and business, prominence of their firm in Latin America, rankings by third parties, and data received from the publication’s annual survey of international firms.
Thiollier‘s based in the firm’s Silicon Valley office, is a member of Foley’s Transactions Practice. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, emerging growth and venture financings, and general corporate and business counseling.

Andre Thiollier recognized by Latinvex showcase his extensive experience in multiple jurisdictions combined with fluency in multiple languages allows him to better advise clients on cross border transactions, particularly in Latin America, including Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Mexico.
The 12th annual ranking includes 100 attorneys from 59 law firms — major firms as well as boutique firms — and spans 14 categories, including arbitration & litigation, banking & finance, capital markets, corporate/M&A, venture capital, energy, FCPA & fraud and project finance.
The lawyers featured in the Top 100 are recognized for their expertise, contributions, and impact in the legal field within Latin America. These attorneys play a crucial role in advising clients on complex legal matters across the region.
