Bronstein Zilberberg advised Gorila, a Brazilian investment consolidation and control platform, in a BRL $100 Million investment round led by Iporanga Ventures and joined by investment funds American Ribbit, the Eurasian Apis Partners, which is based in London, Monashees, and 2TM.
Created in 2016, the company has an application in which the user can enter their investments or create an integration with Brazil’s stock exchange B3 to check profitability and quotations of applications. In addition to serving clients directly, Gorilla also offers several of its services to brokers themselves and investment advisors.
