Partner Pedro Chueri led the Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri Potenza Advogados’ (BZCP) deal team in advising Omie in this transaction
Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri & Potenza Advogados (BZCP) advised Omie in the Acquisition of digital Bank Linker for approximately $ 21 million.
Omie is a leader in the middle market space of ERP cloud management software. With the acquisition, Omie will now integrate Fintech capabilities to its platform to take advantage of Brazil’s new open banking regulations (Pix). The new electronic system allows Fintechs and other services to plugin into the countries new Pix system. Recently, Omie signed a partnership with Banco Itaú, Brazil’s largest bank, to offer ERP and financial services to over 1,5 million companies.
Linker is a Brazilian digital bank servicing mainly the corporate middle market space. Linker system has highly integrated with the new Pix electronic banking system of Brazil.
