Bronstein Zilberberg Chueri Potenza Advogados (BZCP) advised São Paulo Gringo in its Series A investment led by Kaszek and co-led by GFC Capital and ONEVC.
The company provides a digital platform to help drivers in dealing with the bureaucratic complexities of documentation of vehicles, taxes and fines and is also providing financial services to allow customers to finance those costs.
The round comes after Kaszek itself led the company’s seed round in 2020. The latest investment brings the total investment in the company up to $10 million since its 2019 inception or BRL $55 million.
