Bronstein Zilberberg Represented Worc in its First Acquisition after a Softbank Investment Round in 2021

Partners Priscila Menezes and Guilherme Potenza led the firm’s transaction team
Bronstein, Zilberberg represented Brazil’s employability startup Worc in its acquisition of competitor Hrestart.
Worc is known in the market as the “Tinder of jobs” because it works in a profile combination system to recruit and select trained professionals to work in the gastronomic space.
Despite having a young and lean operation, Hrestart was one of the 10 startups chosen to participate in the Google for Startups Residency program, and reports having tripled revenues each year, serving large names such as Vivo, brMalls, Ipiranga, Picpay and Webmotors.
