Brazil’s stock exchange B3 (B3:B3SA3) announced the acquisition of Neoway, a tech company specializing in big data analytics and artificial business intelligence
Brazil’s stock exchange B3 (B3:B3SA3) announced the acquisition of Neoway, a tech company specializing in big data analytics and artificial business intelligence, for BRL $ 1.8 billion (USD $330 million).
Neoway has more than 450 employees in three offices, more than 500 customers and has projected net revenue of BRL$ 190 million for 2022.
Founded in 2002, Neoway is one of the largest big data analytics and artificial intelligence companies for businesses in Latin America.
The transaction marks the company’s largest acquisition since 2017 when the purchase of Cetip by BM&FBovespa was completed.
Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados acted as legal counsel to Neoway. The firm’s deal team was led by partner Pedro Chueiri and associates Raphael Chamma and Rafael Lutti Lippe.
