André Thiollier, Silicon Valley partner of Foley & Lardner was the speaker at the event Law, Startups & Venture Capital from San Francisco, promoted by IIN Global. Thiollier addressed the current legal issues related to Brazilian startups inserted in the global technology market, their ideal corporate structures to receive foreign and U.S Venture Capital fundings and the dynamics of investment funds to invest in startups in the region.
