Banco Inter acquires Fintech Usend
Demarest advised Banco Inter in the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Pronto Money Transfer, Inc., parent company of Brazil’s Fintech USEND.
The transaction Demarest advised Banco Inter in the acquisition of Usend was structured through the purchase of its parent company, Pronto Money Transfer, Inc.
