Brazil’s Leads Transactional Deals Shot Up 50% in the First Half Of 2021
According to the TTR – Transactional Track Record (TTRecord.com), the Brazilian transactional market recorded a total of 1,169 transactions and moved BRL 285.5bn through July.
These figures represent a 50% increase in the number of transactions compared to the same period in 2020. Venture Capital funds invested BRL 30.6bn through July 2021.
North American companies invested the most in the Brazilian market and the technology sector remains the most active of the year, with a total of 449 transactions, representing an 87% increase over the same period in 2020.
